- Bedroom door - 3' X 7' Teak wood frame (2nd quality) with readymade Flush door
- Toilet door - 2'-6" X 7' WPC door
- French door - UPVC with clear glass of reputed brand
- Windows - UPVC sliding shutters with 4mm or 5mm clear glass
- UPVC with frosted glass in toilet ventilators (openable type)
Flooring

Kitchen
- Wall tiles up to 2’-0” above the kitchen slab.
- The kitchen Counter will be made of polished black granite.
- Kitchen sink - A Carysil Branded sink will be provided.

CP &Sanitary Fittings
- Bathroom - one white EWC with the slimline tank, one white wash basin, one shower
with wall mixer for hot and cold water ( All fittings in parry ware )
- A tap point for the washing machine, RO water, and wash basin will be provided.

Painting
- The inner walls will have one coat of primer, 2 coats of putty, and two coats of
emulsion paint of a reputed brand.
- Outer walls will be one primer coat and two Ace emulsion paint coats.
- Ceiling - One coat of primet, and 2 coats of emulsion paint.
- Weathering coarse and pressed tile will be provided On the Terrace
